We ran to New Braunfels Sunday afternoon to spend some Mother's Day with Mawmaw Sylvia. Her tachycardia is acting up, but as she told Wes, it's gotta be a lot worse to miss eating out with her kids!
Here we are with Sylvia at her place after eating at McAdoo's in the old Post Office building. Cajun enchiladas, Oyster Po'boy, and Mawmaw had fried shrimp. Do we look like we need a nap?

All I can say is, I'm sure glad she was Wes's mom.
I know, you're thinking, what does this have to do with Mother's Day? Well, nothin'! But we're so proud of our peach crop, and looking forward to making homemade peach ice cream when the grands come next week!
