Meanwhile, Papa Wes was cookin' up bacon and waffles, and I supplied the butter, syrup, and assorted chopped fruit and nuts, apple juice and milk. Why is my porch like heaven?

Saturday afternoon we made a run into town and stopped by to visit Mr. Joe McCune. He really enjoyed our grands, especially hearing that Morgan wanted to grow up to 'get married, have kids, and be a pianist'! Joe commented that few 21-year-olds could answer with such confidence!
Saturday evening after finishing the Grinch that stole Christmas, Morgan and Emma put on a dance demonstration. Forget the piano, these kids will be on Broadway!
Papa Wes enjoying his porch. Just doesn't get any better than this!
Big decision for Morgan's Sunday breakfast.
At Fellowship Baptist after the service, Morgan and Emma get to visit with our friend Phil Smith, who portrayed the Apostle Paul and recited the entire book of Philippians.
All good weekends must come to an end, and so the Griffins loaded up the new Sienna and headed northwest. We are so blessed by our heritage, it is from the LORD!
